1、網(wǎng)上參賽平臺(tái)投稿時(shí)間：2012年9月10日—2012年11月20日（23:59前）
2、獲獎(jiǎng)作品公布時(shí)間：2012年12月10日前
3、獲獎(jiǎng)作品網(wǎng)絡(luò)公示、著作權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓、獎(jiǎng)金個(gè)稅代扣、獎(jiǎng)金發(fā)放等：2012年12月30日前
